2. Provider
NVRDONE (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") operates an online store for the sale of products to consumers.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The Provider reserves the right to reject any order without stating a reason.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency applicable at checkout.
The applicable price is the one shown at the time the order is placed.
Payment is processed using the payment methods offered during checkout. The Provider reserves the right to restrict or exclude certain payment methods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer after payment has been successfully received.
Partial deliveries may occur where reasonable.
6. Delivery Times
Any delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only.
Production, logistics or shipping delays may occur.
The Provider does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation unless required by applicable law.
7. Shipping Conditions
Products may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment partners.
The Provider is not required to ship all products together or from the same location.
8. Product Information
All product images, descriptions and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only.
Minor differences in color, material, print placement, manufacturing details or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.
9. Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the order.
Any payments already made will be refunded.
10. Retention of Title
Ownership of all products remains with the Provider until full payment has been received.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Swiss law generally does not provide consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns are only accepted where explicitly stated in our Return Policy.
12. Returns
Returns require prior approval from the Provider.
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
13. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.
Customers are required to inspect delivered products immediately and report any visible defects without undue delay.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profits is excluded.
15. Product Use
All products are used at the customer's own risk.
The Provider accepts no liability for damages resulting from improper use or misuse of the products.
16. Customs and Import Charges
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
17. Communication
Communication regarding orders will generally take place via email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
18. Technical Errors
The Provider is not liable for technical errors affecting the website, including pricing errors, product descriptions, inventory inaccuracies or other technical issues.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel orders placed as a result of obvious technical errors.
19. Fraud Prevention
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity and may take legal action where appropriate.
20. Termination
The Provider may terminate or cancel an order or contract for important reasons, including violations of these Terms & Conditions.
21. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
22. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time the order is placed shall apply.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Provider unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
24. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
25. Final Provisions
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
